GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome a term coined by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, linking the health of the gut with the functioning of the brain. Each GAPS Connections session will last about 2 hours and will include a lesson, food samples or live cooking demo. We will also share news about local suppliers of food, supplements or kitchen equipment as well as tips from experienced GAPS participants. There is also time allowed for a 5 minute individual questions, updates and concerns as well as an opportunity to purchase GAPS books & DVDs.2014 Schedule
