Whether you are just starting on your health journey and are confused about what real food is, or whether you are undertaking a natural healing protocol such as GAPS, the most difficult part is often taking what you learn and applying it in your own home and kitchen!  Our new C.H.E.E.R.S. classes will be held in a home kitchen where we will learn about a wide variety of topics, practice cooking techniques, demonstrate and sample recipes, and share in the joy that can be had when friends gather in the kitchen!
