Why Ferment?

Dr. Mercola interviews Caroline Barringer, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), who is an expert in the preparation of the foods prescribed in Dr. McBride’s GAPS program. Specifically fermented foods.  Fermenting both a science and an art form which create traditional foods which support the health of the inner flora, thus overall health.
